Do you accept insurance?
We are in-network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna, and United Behavioral Health/Optum.
Depending on your insurance plan, the amount you will pay for sessions will be determined by your plan's specific benefits. This might include a deductible, coinsurance, or copay per session. Please contact your insurance company to verify how your plan covers therapy services.
What are the fees for service?
The initial 20 minute consultation is free of charge.
Initial appointment is $200
60 minute session is $175
Other session fees are outlined in the initial paperwork.
What if my insurance is out of network or if I don't have insurance?
If this is the case, you may pay the full session fee out of pocket. Some insurance plans have out of network benefits in which I can provide you with a super bill/invoice that you submit to your insurance provider and may receive reimubursemt from them.
You may also decline to use your insurance and be self-pay.
What do therapy sessions look like?
Sessions are typically about a 50 minute appointment. The frequency of sessions will be determined by your therapy goals and support needs and in conversation with your therapist.
What about privacy?
Your privacy is guaranteed by law and is taken seriously. It is also essential in order for clients to fully engage in the therapy process.
Do you offer virtual as well as in-person therapy appointments?
Both are available and is dependent on what works best for you and your schedule. It is important to note that for virtual appointments, you must physically be in Illinois at the time of the appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice in order to not incur the full fee for the session. In the case of an emergency and it is mutually agreed upon by you and your therapist, then the late cancellation fee may be waived. Communication with your therapist about any situations that arise is much appreciated.
What if I have an emergency?
Everpath Therapy is not equipped to handle emergencies. In the event of a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
